YOUR NEW ROLE
In your new role as Social Care Worker you will work as part of a
supportive team to provide a high standard of safe and professional
informed care to all of those in your care. In addition, you will
establish a positive relationship with your team and those you care
for whilst creating and maintaining a friendly and caring environment.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
To be successful as a Social Care Worker you will have a Level 7+
degree in Social Care or another related field and will have a full
clean driver?s license. With experience in working in a Social Care
Worker role, in either a residential or day service and in meeting
best practice standards, you will be a very strong candidate for the
role.?
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
